Land Report: Jim Rose

The Rifle Range needs a new sign to be made with the range and safety rules posted on it. It will be placed in a more visible location. *Remember, when using the range, it is very important to pick up after yourselves. This includes the brass from fired rounds. These items destroy our lawnmowers.

The Bow Range still needs a ladder built. We are still working on deciding what is the best style.

Building Report: Bob Bernhagen

-The furnace isn't working and needs repair/replacement. The estimated repair cost is $623.00 and there is no guarantee on how long it will last. There are 3 options

1. A new oil burner-approximate cost is $1850.00

2. A bodine heater-this will cost about $992.48

3. A wood burning-this would be more work and a higher risk for starting a fire. This would also cause our insurance to go up. It was decided that this wasn't a good choice.

-The plumbing is in need of repair. Dan Peske has a friend willing to do the work for $15.00/hr. It is estimated that the job will take about 1-½ days. It was decided to spend up to $300.00 + parts to have the work done.

Raffle Report: Larry Crass

-We have had a hard time contacting the Raffle Board in Madison for our raffle License. We will continue to keep trying.

-There was talk of a possible fund raiser. It was suggested that we have a cookout at a local grocery store. This could be done on Saturday or Sunday. The grill will be supplied by the store and we will buy the supplies/food from the store. There will be further discussion.
