Allen
Champeny Memorial Park-This
boat landing and picnic area on Tainter lake
receives mostly local use, Anglers will find
musky, northern pike, walleye, large and smallmouth
bass and assorted panfish. Take Hwy 94 to
Cty. 9. Go north on Cty. B to Lake Road and
north to Champeny Road. Picnic tables, picnic
shelter, outhouses, playground, boat landing.
Caddie
Woodlawn Historic Park-The
original 1856 lumber house of former resident
Caddie Woodlawn still stands here. The park
also has picnic and playground facilities.
Take Hwy. 25 south of Downsville The park
is on the east side of the highway. Picnic
tables, picnic shelter, outhouses, playground.
Eau
Gall Dam Park-This
small park on Lake Eau Galle is well kept,
but is limited to a few picnic tables and
grills. Take Hwy. 25 to Cty. Y and go west.
Go south at Cty.Z. The park is located in
the town of Eau Galle. Picnic tables, outhouses.

Lamb's
Creek Park-This
site provides access to Lamb's Creek, a deep
channel of the Red Dedar River, where anglers
will find pan fish, walleye, and northern
pike. The park's picnic facilities , which
include grills, are used primarily by local
residents. Take Hwy. 94 to Cty. B and go north.
Go west on Cty. BB to Cty. G. Picnic tabless,
picnic shelter, outhouses, playground, boat
landing.
Menomin
Park-This large
rustic park on Lake Menomin allows for frequent
deer and eagle sightings. Take Hwy 12-29 east
of Menomonee to Cty. MMM. Go north on MMM
to Red Cedar Road and go west. Picnic tables,
picnic shelter, hiking.
Myron
Park-Campers who enjoy "roughing
it" will appreciate this park located
on the Red Cedar River. In addition to its
50 campsites, hiking, fishing and boating
opportunities, the park offers vistors a chance
to stroll through its museum of antique farm
machinery. Take Hwy. 64 to Cty. M Go north
on Cty. M ti Cty. I. Picnic tables, picnic
shelter, outhouses, boat landing.
Peninsula
Park-Boat landing on Tainter lake.
Take Hwy 170 to Cty. D. Go south on Cty D
to Peninsula Rd. Boat landing only.
Pineview
Park-Pineview's location on Lake
Eau Galle makes it a popular spot for fishing,
picnicking and swimming. The boat dock and
fishing pier are handicap accessible, and
the picnic area is equipped with grills. Take
Hwy. 25 to County Y and go west. Go north
on Cty. Z to Pine Point lane. Turn west. The
park is located in the town of Eau Galle.

offers a variety of activities year round.
Group campsites are available by reservation.
From Hwy. 94 go south on Cty. B to Hwy 12-29.
Go west to 17th St. in Menomonie. Picnic tables,
picnic shelters, toilets, playground.
Rock
Falls Park-A tiny gazebo shelters
picnickers in this small but well-kept park
in Rock Falls. Take Hwy 85 to Rock Falls.
The park is located on the north side of the
Hwy. picnic tables, picnic shelter.
Thatcher
park-AnGlers
will like the small trout stream, the south
fork of the Hay River, winds through this
1.5 acre park. A few picnic tables and grills
are available. Take Hwy. 64 to Cty. K and
go north. Picnic tables, outhouses.
Zielie
Park-Located on Elk Creek, this park
is used almost exclusively as a trout-fishing
spot. From Menomonie, take Hwy 12-29 east
to Cty. E. Go west on Cty. E. Picnic tables.
22-Mile
Ford Wayside-This
two acre wayside on the Red Cedar River offers
pinic facilities. Take Hwy 40 to Colfax. Go
north on Cty. M. Picnic tables, picnic shelter,
outhouses, playground, boat landing.
