Willow Flowage Scenic Waters Area
The Willow Flowage is located west of US Hwy 51 along County Hwy Y in Oneida County. The property is located in west central Oneida County and includes 73 miles of shoreline (95 percent of which is undeveloped), 106 islands and 7 boat landings. For a wilderness experience described as "almost Canada," come visit the Willow Flowage Scenic Waters Area.
There are 37 rustic campsites scattered along the shoreline and islands; all campsites are occupied on a first come-first served basis with no registration, no reservations, and no fees. Each of the 30 family campsites has a fire ring, a picnic table and a box latrine. No drinking water is provided. These sites are designed for a single camping party with a max of up to six people. Each of seven group sites have two fire rings, two picnic tables and two box latrines. No drinking water is provided. Group campsites may be occupied by up to 15 people.
There are two shelters at Pike Lake that can be reserved for group activities. The north shelter has capacity for 100 and electricity. The south shelter has capacity for 30, has electricity and flush toilets.
Recreation and activities include hiking, camping, picnicking, biking, boating, fishing, hunting, trapping and cross-country skiing.

Camping in Wisconsin
Campgrounds in Wisconsin are as varied as the areas around them--there are forests, prairies, lakes, rivers, hills, and valleys. You'll find campgrounds, trails, historic and archaeological sites, places for solitude and places for large group gatherings. There are also Campgrounds in county parks, state parks and national forests.
A typical campsite is in a natural setting with road access, a fire ring, and a picnic table, and can be used by either vehicle or tent campers. But there also are backpack, walk-in, and canoeing -in sites, sites with electrical hookups, and sites designed specifically for either tent or vehicle campers.
